Our winemaker Hans Terzer unfolds his great artistry and experience with the Sanct Valentin premium line. Selecting only the most excellent grapes from the vineyards of the St. Michael-Eppan Winery, he creates elegant, intense and complex wines, characterised by their exquisite minerality, finest aromatic, and exceptional ageing properties.
Pinot blanc has been part of the prestigious Sanct Valentin line since 2001. Low yield from carefully selected vineyards make this an excellent quality wine. Aged in wood, it is captivating both for its power and richness, and for its clarity and fine minerality. Its longevity is testament to its extraordinary quality.

An exclusive companion that pairs perfectly with fish such as tuna carpaccio and octopus on potato-and-olive tartar as well as with shellfish like grilled scampi. It also goes well with asparagus and white meat. In addition, it combines very nicely with typical local dishes such as „Schlutzkrapfen“ or „Spinatspatzlen“.
