This line represents typical South Tyrolean white and red wines, vinified in the traditional method and reflecting our particular microclimate and our sites. After a careful manual harvest, the grapes are vinified in steel tanks, except for the reds. Varietal typicality, pure aromas and lighter drinking enjoyment are the distinguishing characteristics of this line. They promise honest and authentic pleasure with great value for money.
The Cabernet grape, native to the French region of Bordelais, is, together with Merlot, one of the most important international red wines.
