Classic

This typical South Tyrolean white and red wines are vinified in the traditional method and reflect our particular microclimate and our sites. After a careful manual harvest, the grapes are vinified in steel tanks, except for the reds. Varietal typicality, pure aromas and lighter drinking enjoyment are the distinguishing characteristics of this wines. They promise honest and authentic pleasure with great value for money.

Alto Adige DOC

Edelvernatsch

2023

The indigenous red grape known as schiava in Italy and Vernatsch in Germany has been cultivated in South Tyrol since the Middle Ages and was the most popular wine until the 1980s. The grapes ripen late and therefore need plenty of sunshine until late autumn. The Schiava Nobile is a soft, mildly fruity red wine with an honest expression.
