The wines of this line are ambassadors of our terroir and reflect in a unique way the remarkable strengths of our individual sites. They are from selected vineyards where wine has been produced for centuries. Vinification occurs in steel tanks or wooden barrels, according to variety, so that they develop complexity and a refined bouquet. Strict quality guidelines, intense manual labour and demanding vineyard care and maintenance make them what they are: select wines that are finely structured and full of character.
Pinot noir is one of the oldest cultivated grapevines. It requires meticulous attention and is quite demanding in terms of both soil and cellar. Pinot Nero Riserva ages for at least two years in the cellar and, as a result, is an elegant wine that does not fear comparison at an international level.

Mid of September to early October
Fermentation in stainless-steel tanks, followed by about 12 months of development in barrique-tonneau with malolactic fermentation. After assemblage, further maturation takes place in oak barrels.
