Selecting only the most excellent grapes from the vineyards of the St. Michael-Eppan Winery, he creates elegant, intense and complex wines, characterised by their exquisite minerality, finest aromatic, and exceptional ageing properties.

Sanct Valentin Pinot Grigio was first produced in 1986 when for the first time, after selecting the first grapes from chosen vineyards, it was vinified in small wooden barrels. The expressive Sanct Valentin Pinot Grigio is highly appreciated with its smoothly integrated acidity, strength and fullness. It is one of Italy’s most gifted Pinot Grigio wines and promises an excellent drinking experience even after many years of ageing.
