Selecting only the most excellent grapes from the vineyards of the St. Michael-Eppan Winery, he creates elegant, complex wines, characterised by their exquisite minerality, finest aromatic, and exceptional ageing properties.

Pinot blanc has been part of the prestigious Sanct Valentin line since 2001. Low yield from carefully selected vineyards make this an excellent quality wine. Aged in wood, it is captivating both for its power and richness, and for its clarity and fine minerality. Its longevity is testament to its extraordinary quality.
