Selecting only the most excellent grapes from the vineyards of the St. Michael-Eppan Winery, he creates elegant, complex wines, characterised by their exquisite minerality, finest aromatic, and exceptional ageing properties.

This is one of the most popular grape varieties in the world, and it is one of the Winery’s favourites and this Chardonnay has been in Sanct Valentin’s top line since 1986. Grown only in selected microzones of Appiano, the resulting grapes are excellent and produce a high-quality and vigorous, yet elegant, wine. Excellent balance, well-integrated acidity and great ageing potential are the core characteristics of this top range wine.
